We just moved my mom in a few weeks ago and are thrilled with everything about Veranda Club. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. The apartment and facility is lovely and there are plenty of activities offered. I would especially like to acknowledge Louis and Brooke for making the whole transition to assisted living an easier one. They are both wonderful and compassionate people and made our experience seamless and wonderful.

My mom and I toured Veranda Club 2 years ago. Jackie Crawford was so kind and professional in understanding Mom's needs. Jackie showed us options and what to expect. I highly recommend Jackie. Mom has been happy with her apartment, the amenities that comes with the rent, and meeting new friends at her own pace. The neighborhood is so nice. It is a comfort to know she is there. We were looking for a place to possibly have Aunt move into. We were given a tour and provided all the information needed to evaluate things.Jackie Crawford was the person who helped us and thoroughly explained everything in great detail. She was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed touring the facility with her.We have decided to hold off at the moment with moving my Aunt, but if things change Veranda Club is our first choice as the place for her.

I recently took a tour of Veranda Club with my sister. We had not been back there since the renovation began. What a huge difference that made in the appearance of the community. We will be bringing our mother back this fall to have a tour.

Our mom is a new resident and it’s been an amazing experience. The accommodations and common areas are beautiful and everyone is so pleasant and welcoming and accommodating!! There are so many great activities and it has all been wonderful!! We have complete peace of mind knowing our mom is being so well taken care of in a lovely surrounding with new friends. We couldn’t be happier! From the minute we met Jackie, we knew this was the place for her!

I recently had the opportunity to tour Veranda Club, and I was very impressed with what I saw. The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The residents I met seemed really happy and engaged, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Veranda Club to anyone looking for a retirement community in Boca Raton!

I had the chance to visit the community recently, and was very impressed with all their renovations and their staff. Jackie , the sales person has been very helpful in making the transition for my parents a seamless one. We moved our mom in here about 4 months ago. Everyone is very nice to her. Jackie Crawford helped make the entire process very easy. It was hard for my mom to leave her home of 30+ years, but the apartments here are a nice size and the screened-in veranda is a bonus!

We recently moved my 90 year old mother down from PA and we visited many independent living communities before selecting her new home. We found Veranda Club to be the perfect fit for her. The location is great, the newly renovated apartments and amenities are beautiful, and the community is just the right size - not too big for mom, who moved from a small, rural town. The staff and residents are all very friendly and welcoming. The entire staff is top notch. Kudos to our sales advisor, Louis Kaminow. He is amazing! He goes out of his way to ensure that mom is adjusting and he responds promptly to any questions or concerns we may have. We selected an apartment that would not be ready for occupancy until December. My husband and I were traveling outside the US in November, and Lou made arrangements for mom to move into a temporary apartment where she could stay until her new apartment was ready. It gave her the opportunity to become acquanted with her new home and it gave us peace of mind that she would not be staying alone in our home while we were away. In fact, her new apartment was ready for move in while we were gone, and Lou and staff arranged to move her before we returned. Kudos, also, to Brooke, who has helped mom "learn the ropes" and to Maria, head of housekeeping, who goes above an beyond to make mom feel comfortable and welcomed. We are very happy with Veranda Club.

Very welcoming place and very professional. Louis Kaminow is our representative and he takes a personal in his clients. He made sure my Mother-in-Law had the opportunity to meet people right away and checks on her from time to time to be sure she is feeling at home. The rest of the staff is very good as well.

We visited our parents over the holiday and toured the recent renovations at Veranda Club in Boca Raton, Florida. Our parents can’t stop talking about the updated amenities such as the new fitness center, dining room, hair salon, auditorium, and the many activities they enjoy.18 months after our parents moved into the Assisted Living community at Veranda Club, their cognitive and physical abilities have improved substantially, and our parents are both thriving, physically, mentally, and socially at Veranda. The various activities at Veranda are helping them remain mentally and physically active..We are very pleased to have selected Veranda Club for our parents. Very good. My mother stayed there at independent and assisted Living for 8 yrs. After place was recently upgraded the infrastructure is nice. Staff very caring and personable, with lots of activities. Dining room service could be better.

My Mother is a current resident of the Veranda Club and is in assisted living. She is very happy and content there . The staff is exceptional. They are all very loving and caring people . It makes me feel at ease to know that my Mom is so well taken care of. I would highly recommend the Veranda Club hands down.

I was very impressed with how beautiful the community is as a result of their renovations they just completed. While looking at several places for a family friend’s parents who are currently in NY, I visited Veranda Club. The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh everything is. The renovations that they just completed look very nice. The units are very large and remodeled.What I noticed most was how happy and engaging the residents were. My sales representative Louis was very professional and spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and concerns. I will happily recommend Veranda Club.

Wonderful community for my mother. I can’t believe how helpful the staff is and how friendly everyone is. Of particular note are Lou, Jami, Beverley, and Hazel. I am most appreciative of how sensitive and helpful they were when my stepfather died after a long battle with dementia. The compassion and set up of a memorial service overnight was truly astounding. All my thanks.

My friend and I walked into Veranda Club on a Sunday, with no appointment looking for a facility for my friend’s mother. We met with Jackie Crawford who was phenomenal. She was patient with us and answered all our questions. She understood our concerns and and talked us through the process. Jackie scheduled an appointment for her nurse to go meet my friend’s mother in her home. Although my friend’s mother isn’t ready to make the move yet, we are confident that Veranda Club is the right place for her.

I spent time with my mother looking at independent living facilities in the area. She gravitated to Veranda Club. After meeting with Louis Kaminow and getting a tour of the facility my mother liked it. She got a completely newly renovated apartment. All of the people there have been so friendly and welcoming to my mother. The staff is great, Louis is amazing and the other residents have welcomed my mother with open arms. The facility is neat and clean and my mom is enjoying the food there. Her apartment has a great view of the pool and the lake and she is happy there. Thank you Louis and team.

My mom has just moved into Veranda Club. All of the staff from Louis in the office to the ladies at the front desk have been amazing. Everyone is friendly and very responsive to my mom’s questions. I had dinner with my mom and I was very impressed by the tasty food. The activities are varied and there is always something going on. The other residents have been so welcoming and attentive. I couldn’t be happier with my mom’s choice!

I recently toured Veranda Club with my mom. I obviously had the wrong impression of senior facilities.Although I'm only in my thirties, I want this lifestyle! My sales counselor Louis answered all our questions and was very patient with my mom, who can be very tough. Ha haWe stayed for lunch with some residents and really enjoyed the food.The renovations that they have done look very nice.

I was given the responsibility of researching senior living communities for my parents. My wife and I have looked at over ten places before visiting Veranda Club. What a difference at Veranda Club compared to most of the other communities. The building is clean, the residents and staff appear to be happy and our salesperson Louis Kaminow spent a considerable amount of time with us showing the community and apartments. My dad especially loved the pool area and surrounding lake. Everything from what we can see, and what we were told has been totally renovated.

She toured us through the club and her knowledge and education of the process was just what we needed. My Mother was so hesitant, but after spending time with Jackie and seeing everything we were able to see my Mother is now ready to make a move. My sister and I are looking to place our mother as her home has become too much to take care of alone. we are weighing are options and have gone on several tours. The Veranda Club has a beautiful campus and several options of for care, spacious rooms and residents appear happy and engaged engaged. Jackie Crawford was amazing!!! She answered all our questions and walked us through all our options. We felt like fish out of water when we visited and I left feeling great about this option for my mother.

We visited Veranda Club in Boca Raton during our extensive search for an assisted living facility for my 87 year old mom. We had the pleasure of meeting with Louis Kaminow, .He was caring, compassionate and is a true professional. We were very impressed by all of the renovations and the place is really beautiful. The new rooms for the residents are spacious and well thought out. The place looks like a hotel. I would highly recommend visiting Veranda Club and meet with Lou during your search for an assisted or independent living facility in the Boca area.

My parent has recently become a member of the Veranda Club Community. Of course there is an adjustment period with moving and meeting new people but so far everything is going well. Jackie, who is the head of sales, did an amazing job introducing us to Veranda. She is patient, kind and extremely professional. She truly cares which is a special and wonderful quality that she shares with all those Jackie interacts with. The Veranda Club has been recently renovated and everything is gorgeous and new. Spent quite a bit of time with Louis Camino while researching assisted living for relatives. He was most informative about the facility and it's almost completed renovation. He is very personable and provides a welcoming and knowledgeable impression which, if characteristic of the staff in general, is an encouraging sign. The services appear to be excellent and although we will not be committing at this time, we will certainly consider Veranda in the future.Barbara B

I recently took a tour of Veranda Club with my parents, as we are searching for a place for my grandmother. Jackie was very patient with us as we had numerous questions. The community is under renovation so not all areas were complete. The apartments were large, bright and cheerful. We also found the residents to be very friendly, too.

I visited veranda club last week. I was very impressed with the renovation and the new pricing for apartments. The units had great storage and some details that I think seniors will appreciate. I found some of the common sense guidelines for residents will allow for some flexibility that other facilities are missing. Great job veranda club

Highly recommend The Veranda Club. All the staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to make sure new and existing residents are happy.Our dealings with Lou, Suzette , Linda and Michael was nothing but above and beyond and I am so thrilled that my mother is a resident there , as I know that the staff actually care about the residents . The aides always have a smile and say hello which is so nice, and the residents are happy and friendly too. The apartments are big and beautiful and the remodel is coming along. The areas that have been completed are beautiful. I would highly recommend this assisted living facility for your loved ones.

We just recently moved my father into the Veranda Club and couldn’t be happier with the decision! We visited 6 facilities and the Veranda Club was such an easy decision to make! They are currently undergoing a 14.5 million renovation. My dads room is brand new, smells new and clean. The room is much larger than the other facilities we visited. Plus the other facilities had such a terrible smell and were so run down. The Veranda Club is the only Assisted Living Community that I can actually sit in the dining room and eat with my dad. All the rest family isn’t allowed in. I know it’s for Covid protocol but family is important to us and we want to be with my dad and also see and experience what he sees. So thankful we found the Veranda Club. Lou in Marketing has been great! Taking our calls and texts at all times of day including his day off. They found a gem with him! If he is what the rest of the staff at the Veranda Club is like then we definitely found a Diamond in the rough with the Veranda Club. A fun perk, they are getting ready to put in a dog park which I’m so excited about. Lots of exciting things coming with the new renovations.

My sisters and I looked at several different places for our father before deciding on the Veranda Club. He has been there about 6 months so far and we have been overjoyed at the service and community they provide! Everyone who works there is so friendly and really seem to enjoy what they do and that feeling permeates throughout the facility and into the residents. Everyone we encounter, anytime we visit, are always smiling and happy. My dad was depressed after my mom passed, and since moving there has become his old self again, smiling and joking.My sisters and I take comfort knowing he is being well fed and well looked after. But not only do they provide for his basic needs, they also provide for his social and emotional needs by offering all kinds of events. They do a walking club, which our dad uses his walker and joins. They offer outings and lunches. They recently did a “dream flight” for the veterans where they got to go to the Boca Airport and take a ride on an open air plane from the 1940’s!! Then they did a ceremony for the Veterans for Veterans Day and each veteran was called up by name, given a pin, a certificate and a quilt donated by the group “Quilts of Valor”! It was beautiful and touching!I cannot say enough good things about how pleased we are with the Veranda Club. I highly recommend to anyone looking for either themselves or a parent. It was such a hard decision to move our father into a community, but has turned out to be the best decision we ever could have made.

My family moved my father to the Veranda Club in August. Our experiences so far have been extremely positive. They are in the final stages of a huge renovation, so the facility feels new, clean and up to date. Good food is important to my father and he is not easy to please, and he really likes the food! The staff, especially Louis, have gone out of their way to ease the transition, and to help out in any way that they can. I toured 8 different facilities and the Veranda Club felt bright, welcoming, and not depressing! Change can be hard for seniors and I can honestly say that the Veranda Club welcomed my father with open arms! I feel confident that we chose the right place for this next phase for my dad. It's nice to know he can move from the independent living wing to the assisted living wing when he needs to, but still interact with his new friends and familiar staff!.
